is completely mis communication has happened what I get from travel agent and what I heard from cab driver are quite opposite. .. Overall it's a good experience but can be made better. In quote shared it is mentioned as hotel stay inclusive of dinner but the hotel stay is booked without dinner.

The cab driver Sonu who drove us for three days is a nice person and patiently took us to each and every location. Moreover he suggested us few places to enjoy the sightseeing which we otherwise would have missed .Our hotel was also very nice and beautiful. g it'd be until we reached there. Abhishek ji is the main person of contact who curated our trip for us. Mr.Murugan anna picked us up from station and from then the two days have been really amazing. He took initiative and showed us places which we would've missed if not for them. They planned and took us to places in a way where we'd be able to cover every place. They are gentle, kind, amazing service. Please go ahead with Take A Holidays and book them you'll not regret it.

from Travel Triangle, after completion of my trip on march 11, I got calls from some transport team on 15th March saying the agency didnot pay the balance amount to them, even though everything was paid to agency before trip itself. transport team called me frequently saying agency is not responding to them. when i tried to contact Rakesh from Dream yatra I could not connect via call to his number, later when I finally got touch with him on whatsapp and told him the transport is calling me frequently, he was so rude, told me to inform the transport team myself that payment will be released on monday which is his duty. He later told me directly not to call him again for this matter even though transport team is calling me frequently for update. Is that a customer duty to take care of bills to third party even after paying everything to agency?? such a unprofessional agency it is. and this portal wont let me submit the review unless i give good star rating to agency what kind of a stupid service is this.
